BRONZE PACKAGE ($299) includes:  
 
  • Flat-Fee Limited Representation " MLS Entry-Only" Listing (6 month listing) - ideal for "For Sale By Owners".
  • Includes uploading of up to 16 photos to the MLS (photos provided by Seller).
  • Includes a virtual tour if at least 9 photos are provided by Seller.
  • Cost to Seller: $299 to the listing-side brokerage (HomesCo.com, LLC) plus 
    a suggested 2% - 4% of sale price offered to selling-side brokerage.

SILVER PACKAGE ($399) includes:  
 
  • Flat-Fee Limited Representation MLS Listing (6 month listing) - ideal for "For Sale By Owners"
  • Includes up to 16 photos (provided by seller)
  • 15 Full-Color Home Feature Sheets (photos provided by seller) (also includes PDF Format for e-mailing and printing additional copies)
  • Cost to Seller: $399 to the listing-side brokerage (HomesCo.com, LLC) plus 
    a suggested 2% - 4% of sale price offered to selling-side brokerage.

A-LA-CARTE MENU:

Virtual Tour with up to 20 photos with captions (photos and captions provided by seller) = $150
